Life is not lived fully if you don’t make it about yourself (too)
Once upon a time there was a little girl who had a dream. She wanted to go the South America. With her mom she went to a normal checkup routine to the doctor and while chit-chatting about life, she told him about her dream. What he did was unravel all the horror stories he’d heard about that “dangerous continent”. As soon as he mentioned that I wouldn’t return with my organs or at all, I decided that I definitely wouldn’t go. I’m glad, that when I had the opportunity, I did go.
