Time alone. A poetic letter to you

Time. Fuel me please. Make sure I’ll feel at ease. Whenever you please so, please let me go. Time — what is this relationship of ours? You know I pray to you, but I’m also in fear of losing you.

You’re not a constant but you aren’t unreliable either. Some love you, others fear you, because you shed light. If we let you, you’ll find your way to our darkest depths. AH. Why can’t I just feel light – hearted about you, you scare me, I want to let go but you’re not ready because you have valuable lessons to teach me. And I know I need. You. You are in fact all I need to face these fears. Time. Let me heal. Make me better and help me find her. I know she’s there, waiting to be uncovered. Like a fairy she lays in her bed of flowers and only if I lower my view, I’ll find her. And then she’ll rise. She’ll rise to the top of all the hills. She’ll kill the doubt because suddenly the skill. Is unravelled. Suddenly it all falls into place and she’s finally reached that destiny of hers. It’s all she’s ever been looking for.

But Time if you don’t give me some time, I won’t shine. As bright as I knew I could’ve. So let me shine. Gift me your time and I promise, I’ll make time to let you in. I will give in and open my doors. You are always welcome, it might just need a little convincing to let you in.
But I know you’re good and you always mean well, so here I stop.
